Town of LaSalle Recreation Department
"We Have Activities For All Ages"

Welcome to the home page of the LaSalle Recreation Department. Our purpose is to provide for and serve our community with recreational and competitive opportunities for all ages to develop and enhance their skills. We strive to create an atmosphere of friendly and professional service along with cost-effective programs for everyone to enjoy.

The recreation department uses local schools and parks to host each program. We have three baseball fields, one football/soccer field along with 2 gyms and a community center. For more information on our programs or renting the baseball fields or McMahan community center you may contact our office located in Town Hall - West Wing, 128 N. Second, LaSalle - 80645

Part time positions available to you:

  • Umpires (adult softball & volleyball, youth baseball, fast pitch softball, and soccer)

  • Concession Stand Attendant

  • Scorekeepers (adult softball and adult volleyball)

  • Volunteer coaches are needed for all youth sports programs

Recreation Programs:

A majority of LaSalle Recreation Athletic programs are ran through the Northern Valley Athletic Association (NVAA). For more in information regarding the NVAA including schedules and facility directions please visit their website at www.nvaaonline.org

Senior Adults

Seniors will meet every Tuesday at the McMahan Community Center for lunch. A potluck will be held at the McMahan Community Center the first Saturday of every month. The senior adults also go on trips and collaborate with other towns for different activities.

Special Events

House Lighting Contest

Join the Town of LaSalle spirit by decorating your house for the holidays. Prizes go to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners. Only residents within the Town of LaSalle limits are eligible for prizes. No registration or entry form is needed.
